Refund policy

At Connetts we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is delivered.

How to start a return
Email us at support@connetts.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will guide you through the process.

Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges
Would you like a different size or color? Email us at support@connetts.com and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days at support@connetts.com and we will make it right.
