These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Connetts website and your purchases from our store. Connetts is a trading name of MPE-commerce. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
Products and pricing
We aim to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are shown in US dollars. Product colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings. We may correct errors and update prices, descriptions and availability at any time.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or an error is found. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To start a return, email us at support@connetts.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Would you like a different size or color? Email us to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days and we will make it right.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the Connetts name, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Disclaimer
Our store and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPE-commerce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MPE-commerce harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the store or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
