Shipping policy

Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our daily order cut-off is 3:00 PM (EST): orders placed before the cut-off on a business day begin processing the same day, while orders placed after it, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing on the next business day. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, so your order should arrive within 4–9 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. During busy periods, sales, or due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, severe weather or customs, your order may take a little longer to arrive. If your order is significantly delayed, email us at support@connetts.com and we will be happy to help.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Returns
Not satisfied, or received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us within 30 days at support@connetts.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
